I’m blown away by TheraPet MD! After trying literally dozens of products with zero effect, this one has almost completely cured my cat’s spraying and urinating outside the litter box. I noticed a difference in her demeanor within a day of plugging it in, and the problem behavior started improving shortly thereafter, plus she has been much more affectionate which is an unexpected bonus. The only weird thing is that the packaging on the boxes I’ve bought from Amazon looks sketchy (lots of mistakes and misspellings), and the ones I bought directly from the seller have an unpleasant odor like you can smell the oil burn-off for the first few days – but the packaging looks great. ??♀️ However, the Amazon ones don’t have the smell and work just as well. Despite the quirks, I’d highly recommend this product to any cat parent struggling with behavioral issues. It’s been a literal lifesaver for us! We went from my cat spraying and urinating out of the box multiple times and places every day (it started after bringing a new kitten home; she had never done it previously and she is 4 years old) to it happening maybe once every other month and only when there is a very stressful situation like our going out of town! We tried every other pheromone product on the market and even tried having different versions from the same brands in one room trying for some perfect mixture of calming pheromones (it didn’t work). We tried everything else there was to try, from a prescription of antidepressants from the vet – and of course that was our first stop to make sure it wasn’t a health or medical issue (I didn’t want to give her drugs but we had tried everything and nothing worked and we had to throw away literally all of our furniture! In the end they weren’t a solution anyway) to calming chews and pheromone collars to calming sprays and special attractant litter and multiple extra litter boxes and on and on. Every single thing the vet recommended, everything the cat behaviorist said to do, everything the internet pages and forums suggested – we tried it ALL! I spent thousands and thousands of dollars trying pretty much everything that exists and had tens of thousands in furniture ruined by cat urine (I’ve tried everything to get it out and trust me, no matter the claim, nothing gets that smell out). I had pretty much given up all hope since my vet told me that once the spraying and/or urinating out of the box starts that it’s almost always a lifelong behavior (unless you get rid of the thing that caused it and we were already attached to the new kitten – and of course we love our adult cat like a child so giving either of them up was not an option). This is the one time I thank Meta for monitoring our lives and targeting us for ads bc just when I was about to accept that I had tried literally every single potential solution and all had failed, knowing that living with cat urine would be a part of my life for the next 15+ years, suddenly every other ad on my FB and IG page was for TheraPetMD. I didn’t order it at first bc I figured it too would fail to make a bit of difference just like every other product I had tried. But it actually worked and worked really well. I’m so grateful and hope and pray they never go out of business. I cannot imagine having to live without this product. I don’t know what is in it or why it works so well when ALL the other brands did absolutely nothing to help, but I am grateful every single day that we found it. After dealing with cat urine on just about every hard and soft surface in my home for over 7 months, after having every single piece of upholstered furniture ruined and every rug and bath mat and dog bed and throw pillow and blanket and so on all ruined, after spending hours every single day with a black light flashlight playing, “find the source of the cat pee odor” and trying to clean it, after repeatedly getting my hopes up again and again that the newest product I bought would work or the latest technique I read about (including the “slow reintroduction”) would work, only to be let down, finding TheraPetMD feels like nothing short of a miracle!

I was seriously skeptical of this product. My 2 cats had started peeing on one of our couches. ICK! I would wash the pet cover every day but it did nothing to stop them. Since I bought this product there has not been a single accident on my couch!
