The small “Barkday” bone arrived quickly and was perfect for my peekapoo’s first birthday. It’s about 5 inches, but when I took it out of the package it seemed bigger than I thought because it is a couple inches thick, stuffed tight, but both of my pups (8lb and 18lb) can still carry it around. For reference, the photo is my smaller pup with the bone and he’s about 8 pounds. The soft bone seems sturdy (time will tell), appears to have tight stitching, and the material says it is a reinforced type of interlock that feels thick/well made to withstand puppy chewing. The bone has a squeaker in the center with colorful polka dots with “Barkday” stitched on one side, and the other side is light blue with “Pawty!” stitched on it. The little crinkle fabric flame at one end makes it look like a cute little birthday candle – pretty sure my larger dog will try and eat the crinkle flame off because he likes to chew off tags too, but so far he hasn’t chewed it off. Perfect toy/gift for your little pup’s birthday!
