The media could not be loaded.This is our second Mad Cat wand and I was so excited to find them on here. Our first one was an in store purchase. And had lasted well over a year.They will break. A stretchy cord, teeth, claws…so taking all of that into account, I still say the durability is 5stars. Pringles is part Maine Coon and you can see in the video, he does not play gentle. To give you an idea, he is 31” long, weighs 19-21 lbs. and I need to use small dog nail clippers to trim his nails ? (nickname “Beast” ).The price was definitely right for this product. We don’t use it every day. Only when he starts getting restless and no amount of other play is acceptable. The mix of silver vine in this toy, puts him into to hard chill mode.I will probably buy another one soon to keep on deck as it seems everything I like tends to go away.* defect * I did want to mention one defect in this toy. See photos. The wand tip, just the tip, appears to have been cracked or not fully seated. But since it is molded or glued on, there is no adverse effect on the use.
