Red Dingo has excellent products and outstanding customer service. I ordered I.D. Pendants for my two new pups. I already have Red Dingo I.D. Pendants on the collars of my other two dogs. These pendants are heavy, high quality stainless steel. One of the tags I bought 4 years ago is still like new even though my dog has worn it continuously. On this new order of two pendants I made a typo mistake on the order form and entered the wrong telephone number to be engraved in the pendant’s back. It’s a critical mistake because this is the number for anyone to call if they find my dog. I contacted Red Dingo the day I received the pendants and saw my error. A friendly representative told me they would put new pendants with the correct information in the mail to me that day. They did not charge me even though the error was mine. I will continue doing business with this great company.

I love Amy’s new dog tag. She has 3 new collars; I got the pink tag with a daisy on it to go specifically with her mod style collar (shown in her picture). I need to get 2 more tags to match her wine-themed collar and her blue collar.The tag has a nice weight to it. The engraving on the back is big enough that I can read it without my glasses which, trust me, is a very good thing. I have bought other tags in which the print was so small I could barely read it even with my glasses on. I’ve also found dogs with tags that clearly had a phone number– but for the life of me, I couldn’t read.I put her name on the tag, a phone number, and “chipped” so anyone finding her would know that she could be scanned at a vet’s office or animal rescue and be identified.
