This has been a life saver, literally! Took my sweet girl to the vet because she had been under the weather. Her labs were not great,she was severely dehydrated and really sick. Was on weekend and took her to Urgent Vet. I had to leave her there for almost 3 hrs ( they were closing and she had to be picked back up at 7:30) to get I.V fluids. Vet told me she had enough in her to do her through the weekend and I really needed to take her to animal hospital to be hospitalized for a couple days for fluids on Monday.( Not even 24 hrs until Monday) I ordered 2 bottles of this to see if I could get her hydrated without having to put her in hospital. It’s been a consistent routine of force feeding her but she is now hydrated and working to get her energy back up! I am very pleased with this and will definitely be keeping some on my shelf for just in case.It smells like a mild beef broth with a thin consistency and great expiration date. I have absolutely no complaints at all!

My 17 year old cat was severely dehydrated and not eating. He has the added help of getting sub-q fluids but this liquid really seemed to help him a lot! It has the smell of like a protein shake and a slightly thicker consistency than just water.He really seemed to enjoy taking it and seemed to prefer having it served to him on a spoon. After just a few days with this, he has much more energy, is acting more like himself and has renewed interest in eating and drinking on his own.
